The cost of diabetes medication, supplies, and treatment is on the rise in the United States – and so is the number of children being diagnosed each year, making our mission more important than ever.

Our work to ease the burden for children and young adults who struggle financially and emotionally while living with diabetes is only possible through the generosity of our supporters.

We offer specific causes you can contribute towards so that you can donate where you feel most called. Each of our causes address an essential service needed to properly treat diabetes.

By setting up a recurring donation, you’re able to contribute to our mission throughout the whole year with auto-draft payments. Enrolling is quick and easy, and you’ll be able to set it and forget it – no need to manually give every month – your specified donation amount will be automatically applied using your preferred payment method through PayPal. There’s also no need to sign up for a PayPal account, just follow the enrollment steps below:

Step 1

Donation Amount & Frequency

Begin your enrollment in a recurring donation by clicking any donation button our website. The popup donation form will provide you the opportunity to select your preferred donation amount – either from our preset list or you can enter a custom amount – and to designate the desired frequency you’d like to donate that amount – we recommend monthly. You will need to select the small button next to “Make this donation every” in order to select the recurring donation option.

Step 2

Complete Personal Info

Once you’ve selected your payment amount and frequency, you’ll need to enter in some brief personal information such as your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. Once completed, click the blue “Donate Now” to complete your donation through the PayPal payment gateway.

Step 3

PayPal Automatically Opens

Once you click “Donate Now” you will be redirected to PayPal – our authorized and secure payment gateway – to complete your transaction. Recurring donations are called “Guest Subscriptions” in the PayPal portal – do not be alarmed, this does not mean you are subscribing to PayPal or even signing up for PayPal. This only indicates you are authorizing a monthly auto draft from your payment method to be donated to Help A Diabetic Child using PayPal’s payment gateway service. Continue by filling out your payment and personal information.

Step 4

Complete PayPal Transaction

Once you’ve filled out your payment and personal information, PayPal will ask if you would like to get a PayPal account. You can choose YES and provide a password, or choose NO and continue your use of PayPal as a guest. Either selection will not effect your recurring donation. Once complete, you will see a button to “Agree & Subscribe” – clicking this button will complete your enrollment in recurring donations for Help A Diabetic Child. PayPal will keep your financial details secure and will not share them with us or any other merchants.
