We’ve focused our efforts on providing life-sustaining services to uninsured or underinsured families with children and young adults, usually under 22 years of age, living with Type 1 Diabetes.


While our current operations are based in Southwest Florida, HADC is expanding its services across the state of Florida, and in several cases, we are able to provide resources and work with partners in other regions or states to support children with diabetes near and far.

We tailor our services to fit the emergent needs at hand. We are typically able to provide services for up to 3 months so families and individuals have stable health while planning more permanent solutions for managing their diabetes.
