1) YMCA Fun Day For Diabetes Awareness On June 17

Date : Saturday – June 17  at 1 pm.
Venue : At the Greater Naples YMCA

Join North Collier Fire Dept. for some afternoon fun along with the Collier County Sheriff’s Dept.  –  “Tour our engines, wear a fire hat and learn to spray a fire hose!”

2) Lifestyle Modification for Prevention, Management

Date : Thursday – June 22 at 5:30pm
Venue : At the Greater Naples YMCA

Lifestyle Modification for Prevention, Management and Reversal of Pre-and Type 2 Diabetes – Presented by Dr. Amy Chappell.

3) Introduce the FreeStyle LibrePro A clinician’s glucose assessment tool

Date : Tuesday – July 18 at 5:30pm
Venue : At the Greater Naples YMCA

4) Diabetes Day Camp

Date : August 7th – 11th      8am to 5pm
Ages 5 – 17

Venue : At the Greater Naples YMCA

Cost – $100 for YMCA members – $125.00 for Non Members – Scholarships are available

Summer Camp WYHOWAY (traditionally spelled Wyhome) – means “spirit” in the Seminole language

Campers will engage in hands-on science experiments related to weather, gravity and everything in between along with other activities
